Macaulay Culkin wants to be part of J.K. Rowling‘s Harry Potter universe.
After receiving some backlash for casting an Asian actress as a villain’s slave in the upcoming “Fantastic Beasts” sequel “The Crimes of Grindelwald,” Culkin took to the author’s defense on social media, writing, “Hey @jk_rowling I’m with you! Nagini can be whatever she wants to be! She’s a strong woman/snake.”
He then inquired about a role in the third “Fantastic Beasts” film, “Can you write me into the next movie? I’m Macaulay Culkin (From Home Alone: The Movie) and I was also a Pagemaster (experienced with magic)…”

He even reached out to his pal Dan Fogler, who plays Jacob Kowalski in the blockbuster series.
“Hey @mrdanfogler put in a good word for me. There’s a back rub in it for you. ;)” the 38-year-old actor wrote. “BTW, it’s me Macaulay Culkin (From Home Alone 2/we’re friends in real life).”
And although Rowling has yet to respond, Fogler told Culkin he does have “the same coloring as the Malfoy clan.”

Culkin may have the Slytherin look, but according to him he belongs in Gryffindor.
“My patronus is a Mastiff which is a dog. So that’s cute!” he wrote.
