Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry last night struck a shocking peace deal to “move forward” from the dramatic Thanksgiving Day brawl between the model and Berry’s fiancé, Olivier Martinez.

Tensions have remained high since Calvin Klein model Aubry suffered two black eyes in the showdown with French actor Martinez as he dropped his and Berry’s daughter, Nahla, at her Beverly Hills home.

Last night, Aubry, wearing dark sunglasses to hide his ugly bruises, was back in Los Angeles family court, where high-powered lawyers for him and Berry — who did not attend the session — hammered out a truce, reports The New York Post.

In a remarkable turn of events, Berry lawyer Blair Berk and Gabriel attorney Shawn Holley emerged from a closed-door hearing and declared peace in a handwritten statement: “The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.”
