Does Hannah Davis' bikini bottom on Sports Illustrated cover go too far ... down?

Model Hannah Davis landed the coveted cover of the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, posing on a Tennessee farm in a teeny tiny bikini.
But some are questioning whether the lower half of the shot, where Hannah is suggestively tugging her bikini bottom down with her thumbs, goes a little too far.
“Questions about how much Photoshopping went into sculpting those abs or smoothing her sunkissed skin aside, I can’t decide if I think it’s vulgar,” writes Bustle.com’s Fashion and Beauty blogger Amy Sciaretto. “She is pulling at her bottoms and her lower lady parts are barely covered up.”

Indeed Gothamist.com headlined their article on Davis’ cover reveal on The Tonight Show: “Hannah Davis Barely Wears Bikini For Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.” And some fans on social media felt much the same way.
What do you think – did Sports Illustrated go too far, or is this par for the course? (Or both?)
