Best and worst celebrity Halloween costumes

Talk about unoriginal! Comedian David Spade dressed as a fox, referencing the popular YouTube video "What Does the Fox Say?" A Miley Cyrus costume is pretty predictable, but Paris Hilton pulled off the skimpy outfit perfectly.
