Las Vegas, NV (SportsNetwork.com) - UNLV freshman Rashad Vaughn, the team's leading scorer this past season, announced Wednesday that he will declare for the 2015 NBA Draft.

"Since being a kid, my dream has always been to play in the NBA and I have decided to take that next step," Vaughn said in a statement.

The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 17.8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 23 games for UNLV before a knee injury in February forced him to miss the rest of the season.
