Newark, NJ – The New Jersey Devils signed forward Mattias Tedenby to a new contract on Thursday.
As per club policy, terms of the deal were not released.
The 23-year-old Tedenby registered one assist in four games with the Devils before being sent back to the minors and finished with 10 goals and nine assists in 37 games for Albany last season.
Tedenby was the 24th overall selection in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. The Swedish forward has nine goals and 20 assists in 105 NHL games.
