A Puerto Rico woman accused of biting and ripping off her boyfriend's lower lip has been found guilty of domestic violence.
The island's Justice Department said Wednesday that a jury issued a 9-3 verdict against Melissa Torres.
Police said the 27-year-old woman was upset that her boyfriend was picking up the young son he had with another woman and said the two had clashed earlier over her jealousy.
