A woman charged with dressing as a nurse and abducting a 3-day-old boy from a Pittsburgh hospital by sneaking him out in a handbag has pleaded guilty.
Twenty-one-year-old Breona Moore, of East McKeesport, pleaded guilty Monday to charges including kidnapping, trespassing, and concealing the whereabouts of a child. There was no plea bargain.
Defense attorney Blaine Jones says Moore is "remorseful" and "taking ownership" of her crimes.

Allegheny County prosecutors allege Moore told friends she had given birth before buying hospital scrubs and pretending to be a nurse at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC in August 2012. Police found her and the baby about five hours later.
Moore was 5-foot-4 and 230 pounds and tried to convince her family she was pregnant, but the relatives doubted her and called police when they heard about the kidnapping.
