Sheriff sees no 'war on cops;' district attorney vows prosecution in 2 wounded officer cases

Shootings have wounded four Las Vegas police officers in the last two months, but the Clark County sheriff said Wednesday he doesn't believe there's a war on cops.
Sheriff Joe Lombardo did tell reporters Wednesday that he's concerned about copycats committing crimes to seek attention and headlines.
Lombardo says accountability is key, and Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson promised aggressive prosecution of the accused shooters who wounded officers on Friday and Sunday.

Wolfson says a 17-year-old arrested Sunday in the wounding of Officer Thomas Clevenger will be tried as an adult on attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon charges.
