Maine man shows up for 2-day jail sentence wearing T-shirt with his mug shot on it

A man reporting to jail in Maine put some thought into his attire: He wore an orange T-shirt with his mug shot printed on it.

Robert Edward Burt, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence in June and bailed out. He was later sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

WMTW-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1tk29DI) the 19-year-old Burt showed up at the Somerset County Jail on Aug. 8 wearing a T-shirt with a picture of his mug shot from his arrest. Then he had his new mug shot taken.

He was released on Aug. 10.
