A lawyer for the undercover New York City police detective prosecutors have accused of participating in a motorcycle rally-turned-violent-melee says the video authorities used to incriminate him will ultimately exonerate him.

Attorney John Arlia has insisted the allegations against Det. Wojciech Braszczok (VOY'-chehk BRAZH'-ahk) are flawed because they are based on video that shows the rear SUV window he's accused of punching out during the Sept. 29 fight is already broken.

That video has not been made public. On Thursday, police continued to cull through other video in search of suspects in the headline-grabbing brawl.

Arlia says a video shows Braszczok was at least 12 feet away when an SUV driver was attacked. Braszczok has been suspended since his arrest Tuesday.

Police have made multiple arrests in the ongoing case.
