A state inspector says she found an obviously decomposing body seeping fluids at a funeral home in suburban Little Rock.
Leslie Stokes represents the Arkansas Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors. Stokes said in report produced after a Jan. 12 inspection of Arkansas Funeral Care in Jacksonville that she found the mortuary's cooler was "filled beyond capacity" with bodies stacked on top of each other.
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1JhhIot ) that Stokes says she found several bodies not stored inside the cooler at all, including one that was "in an obvious state of decomposition" with fluids seeping from it.
