Family members are pleading with a 14-year-old California boy to turn himself in after his 17-year-old sister was shot and killed.
The Oakland Tribune (http://bit.ly/1iuinbA) reported that relatives said the two teenagers got into a fight over laundry before the shooting occurred Wednesday in an Oakland apartment.
Their cousin, 25-year-old Gregory Stewart, said the family loves the boy and wants him to come home.
