The family of a 10-year-old girl whose mother and sister were shot dead at an Ohio restaurant last month says her condition has worsened.
A Cleveland hospital on Friday released a family statement saying Kayla Allen has been moved to a hospice.
Police say Kayla was shot last month when Kevin Allen killed his wife and their other 10-year-old daughter with a shotgun at a Cracker Barrel in the Cleveland suburb of Brooklyn. Police shot and killed him just outside the restaurant.

Kayla had been in the hospital in critical condition since the April 12 attack.
Kevin Allen's wife told police in a 911 call before the shooting she had just told him during a birthday dinner she was leaving him.
