Authorities say a 3-year-old Missouri boy who was found dead hours after he was reported missing likely died of hypothermia.
The Iron County coroner's office told The (Park Hills) Daily Journal (http://bit.ly/1LjJroh ) that preliminary autopsy results show 3-year-old Titus Greyson Tackett died of hypothermia. The autopsy showed no signs of bruising or abuse.
The boy was reported missing Wednesday from his grandfather's house in Ironton, a rural community about 75 miles south of St. Louis. The child's mother and father said they saw him around midnight Tuesday before they went on an errand.
