New York City police have arrested a man in the killing of a real estate developer whose body was found in a trash bin.
Police said Wednesday that Kendel Felix was arrested on a murder charge in connection with the Jan. 2 abduction and slaying of Menachem (meh-NAH'-kehm) Stark, a prominent member of an ultra-Orthodox Jewish sect. It's unclear if Felix has a lawyer.
Video surveillance shows two masked men grabbing Stark at his Brooklyn office doorstep and thrusting him into a van on a snowy night. His body was found a day later miles away on Long Island.

Stark has been described as an honest family man eager to help his neighbors and friends. But he also was criticized for keeping some of his buildings in disrepair.
