An Arkansas man accused of raping and killing his 6-year-old neighbor who had been a victim in a prior abuse case is due in court for his arraignment.
A judge is expected to read the murder, rape, kidnapping and burglary charges against 28-year-old Zachary Holly on Monday in Bentonville, 215 miles northwest of Little Rock.
Authorities arrested Holly several days after Jersey Bridgeman was found dead Nov. 20 in a vacant home next to Holly's.

Holly was being held without bond at the Benton County Jail prior to his court appearance. Prosecutors filed formal charges against him last week.
Jersey's death came about a year after her father admitted to chaining her to a dresser elsewhere in northwest Arkansas. Her father is serving an 18-year prison sentence in the case.
