A Lincoln woman who has had run-ins with the law regarding public nudity is facing the charge again — and could go to jail if convicted.
Officials have charged 23-year-old Melissa Harrington with violating a public decency ordinance when she hosted a wet T-shirt contest at a Lincoln bar in March.
Police accuse Harrington of conducting the show while nude from the waist up.

Harrington is fighting the ticket, saying parts of her breasts were covered with a pink paint.
Yesterday, a Lancaster County judge heard final evidence and arguments in the case.
If convicted, she could face as much as eight months in jail.
