Doctors are hopeful a 52-year-old Murray man who spent 16 hours trapped in a frigid mountain creek can make a full recovery.
Dean Ririe was rescued Monday. He had been fishing Sunday in Little Cottonwood Canyon when his foot got stuck beneath a rock.
He is in satisfactory condition at Intermountain Medical Center.
