One of the 11, Luqman Ameen Abdullah, was fatally shot by federal agents while resisting arrest. He was a leader of a Detroit mosque.
The FBI says he had a radical, anti-government ideology. His allies deny it.
Hundreds of people attended Abdullah's funeral Saturday.
