2 Hot Air Balloons Crash Into Trees, Power Lines in Florida

Authorities say two hot air balloons went down in the Tampa area after apparently crashing into some trees and power lines, but no one was injured.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office received reports of the accident Friday morning in Lutz, Fla.

No one was hurt and power was never lost.

One of the balloons clipped an electrical line but managed to land safely.

In June 2006, two college students were found dead inside a large, deflated helium balloon after apparently pulling it down and crawling inside it.

That accident was also in Lutz, just a few miles north of Tampa.
