Will Barton was one of the players the Nuggets acquired in the midseason deal that sent Arron Afflalo to the Blazers, and he performed well enough in his 30 appearances in Denver that the team saw fit to re-sign him.

Nate Timmons of Denver Stiffs reports that it's a three-year deal, and Basketball Insiders has the contract worth $11 million in total.

Barton averaged a career-best 11 points and 4.6 rebounds per game during his brief time with the Nuggets, a function of him averaging a career-high 24.4 minutes per contest off the bench.
