Wentz ties a school record with 5 TD passes, NDSU routs Missouri State 45-10

Carson Wentz threw a career-high five touchdown passes to lead North Dakota State in a 45-10 victory over Missouri State on Saturday.
Wentz threw for 247 yards, and his five touchdowns tied a Bison school record for touchdown passes thrown in a game.
John Crockett's 6-yard TD run capped a 12-play drive with 7:55 left before the break, and the Bison went on to score 42 points and shut out the Bears in the second and third quarters.

Crockett finished with 177 yards on 27 carries. Zach Vraa added 119 yards with five receptions and a touchdown for North Dakota State (10-1, 6-1 Missouri Valley).
Kierra Harris threw for 141 yards with two interceptions, and the Bears (4-7, 1-6) were held to just 99 yards rushing. Harris found Gannon Sinclair at the start of the fourth after a seven-play, 81-yard drive for Missouri State's only touchdown.
