Watch Vanderbilt's big man nail an 80-foot buzzer-beater

Move over, Steph Curry, we have a new long-range king.
OK, Vanderbilt center Josh Henderson isn't actually going to supplant the reigning MVP, who fires -- and hits -- from way behind the 3-point line with regularity.
But he did hit a shot that would make Curry proud Tuesday night vs. the Florida Gators. And while it might have been a lucky shot, you have to give the kid credit for being aware of the clock and launching the shot just ahead of the first-half buzzer.

With the seconds ticking down, Henderson grabbed the ball off a block from a teammate at the Gators' foul line, then instantly turned and fired a two-handed, chest-high heave the other way.
The buzzer sounded as the shot went in and the Commodores hit the locker room with a 40-35 lead. You can watch it below:
Teammate Matthew Fisher-Davis might have had an even more impressive shot in the second half, forcing one up from deep against tight coverage to bea the shot clock.
