UFC announces cast of champions for The Ultimate Fighter season 24

The UFC is changing the game yet again for the upcoming of season of The Ultimate Fighter as 16 flyweight champions from around the world will face off for the opportunity to challenge UFC champion Demetrious Johnson for his 125-pound belt.

The season will be coached by flyweight contenders Joseph Benevidez and Henry Cejudo, who will go toe-to-toe in a No. 1 contender fight at the finale in December.

The Ultimate Fighter season 24 premieres Wednesday, August 31 at 10PM ET on FS1 and will consist of 12 episodes. The last fight will be held in the final episode, with the winner receiving a shot at Johnson.
