Tommy Haas defeated Ivan Dodig 6-4, 6-3 on Saturday to reach the final of the BMW Open for the second time.

The third-seeded Haas ensured an all-German title match in Munich for the first time in 48 years. Defending champion Philipp Kohlschreiber will play Daniel Brands in the other semifinal later Saturday.

The 35-year-old Haas, who reached the 2000 final and hopes to win the title for the first time at the 10th attempt, needed less than 90 minutes to oust an opponent who caused three upsets on his way to the semifinal.

The 56th-ranked Dodig defeated Russian two-time champion Nikolay Davydenko, second-seeded Marin Cilic and fifth-seeded Alexandr Dolgopolov.
