TCU baseball has lost one of its biggest fans.

The Horned Frogs had made 7-year-old Micah Ahern, who was battling neuroblastoma since being diagnosed in 2010, an honorary member of the team in 2014.

Ahern followed TCU to the College World Series last month. He was an inspiration to the team as they wore caps and shirts with "M" for Micha during the postseason.

The young Horned Frog died on Thursday.
