Savannah St completes second half comeback; beats Cleveland St 87-83 in OT

Javaris Jenkins finished with 33 points, including 6-of-7 from 3-point range, and seven rebounds to lead Savannah State to an 87-83 come from behind win in overtime over Cleveland State on Saturday night.
Jenkins scored 10 of the final 11 points in regulation for the Tigers (2-2), including a game tying 3 that knotted the score at 79 with one second left. The shot capped off a 13-point second half comeback for Savannah State, which trailed 60-47 midway through the half.
Alante Fenner added 16 points and six boards off the bench for the Tigers, while Khaleen Pinkett finished with 10 points.

Trey Lewis scored 27 points to pace the Vikings (2-2), who were held scoreless over the final two minutes of the overtime period. Marlin Mason added 16 points for Cleveland State and Anton Grady had 13.
