Rookie Dennis Kelly replaces Danny Watkins at RG for Eagles

Rookie Dennis Kelly will take his first snap in the NFL in place of injured right guard Danny Watkins for the Philadelphia Eagles against Atlanta on Sunday.

Watkins, a first-round pick last year, is out with an ankle injury that coach Andy Reid labeled as "chronic." Kelly, a fifth-round pick from Purdue, played tackle in college.

Linebacker Jamar Chaney and wide receiver Damaris Johnson are among Philadelphia's healthy inactives. Chaney was a starter earlier in the season. Johnson began the season as the Eagles' punt returner.

Wide receiver Harry Douglas is inactive for the Falcons because of ankle and knee injuries.
