Rex Ryan's return to MetLife couldn't be much sweeter.

After six seasons working as the head coach for the New York Jets, Ryan was fired after finishing 4-12 last season.

Since then, Ryan has tried to build a bully in Buffalo. In his first game back, the Bills were able to hang on for a win. Ryan was able to sum up the feeling of beating his former team in a way just about everyone can relate to:

Well said, Rex.
