Seattle Seahawks running back Fred Jackson crashed his sports car while racing teammate Marshawn Lynch, according to a TMZ report Tuesday.

The race took place down a public street near the team's facility as they left practice, according to the report.

Jackson, who was driving a black Corvette, reportedly was racing Lynch down a straightaway, lost control and smashed into a planter box and then a stop sign.

Lynch, who drove off in a red Dodge Charger, reportedly was uninjured. FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo confirmed that Jackson was also uninjured in the crash.
