Duke topped Indiana in an exciting Pinstripe Bowl that ended with some controversy.

The final score read 44-41 in favor of the Blue Devils, who got a 36-yard field goal from Ross Martin in the first overtime.

Indiana failed to get a first down on its ensuing possession, but the Hoosiers had to like their chances of going to a second overtime with Big Ten Kicker of the Year Griffin Oakes lining up for a 38-yarder.

It sailed near the right upright and was ruled no good, sending the Blue Devils onto the field in celebration.

Oakes looked around insisting the kick had been good, but the officials ruled the game was over.
