Phillies-Pirates exhibition game canceled because of rain

The scheduled exhibition game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies has been canceled because of rain Saturday.

The Phillies completed spring training with a 9-18 record, while Pittsburgh went 15-10.

Philadelphia opens the regular season Monday afternoon at Texas. The Pirates host the Cubs.
