Sophomore three-star defensive end Kolin Hill announced via Twitter that he plans on transferring to Texas Tech. He was formerly a member of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Take a look:
Though Hill is not eligible to play immediately, he should provide a lift to a Red Raider defense in the future that ranked near the bottom of most categories in 2014.
