The last time Ohio State had to find a quarterback on short notice, it turned out pretty well.
Now the Buckeyes must do it again heading into a showdown with Wisconsin on Saturday in the Big Ten title game.
Two weeks before the opener, three-year starter Braxton Miller went down with a season-ending shoulder injury and was replaced by redshirt freshman J.T. Barrett. Barrett went on to lead the Buckeyes to a one-loss season while setting a school record for touchdown passes.

But then Barrett broke his ankle on the first play of the fourth quarter of Saturday's win over archrival Michigan.
So coach Urban Meyer and the No. 6 Buckeyes will turn to third-stringer Cardale Jones to lead them against the 11th-ranked Badgers.
