While Marques Colston was one of three players to start training camp on the physically unable to perform list, the New Orleans Saints got some good news about the receiver's status.

According to Joel A. Erickson of the New Orleans Advocate, Colston's time on the PUP list lasted exactly one day of training camp. When the Saints kicked off the day of action, Colston was back out on the field and going through warm ups.

While Colston did miss offseason workouts due to an undisclosed injury, the fact that he was able to return so early in training camp is obviously great news.

The Saints are looking to get their new-look offense flowing as quickly as possible, and Colston should once again have a big role.
