Mosqueda-Lewis scores 19, No. 1 UConn women celebrate return to top with 95-51 win over Oregon

Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis scored 19 points and No. 1 Connecticut celebrated its return to the top of the rankings with a 95-51 victory against Oregon on Monday.

Earlier in the day, the Huskies took over the No. 1 spot in The Associated Press poll for the first time since the end of the 2010-11. They followed with their 12th win to remain undefeated.

Stefanie Dolson had 16 points and Caroline Doty had 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Huskies.

Jillian Alleyne had 18 points to lead the Ducks (2-10). Oregon went scoreless in the first five minutes and last five minutes of the first half and trailed 54-24 at the break.
