Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins will sit out Monday's game against Memphis to get some rest, the team said.
Cousins will miss a game for the 17th time this season.
He had a season high-tying 39 points and 20 rebounds in Friday's 102-88 loss to New Orleans and is averaging 24.1 points and 12.4 rebounds this season.
