Inter Milan and AC Milan forward Mario Balotelli fined after fan abuse at match

Inter Milan has been fined $79,800 after a section of fans directed racist chants and banners toward AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
Also, Balotelli has been fined $13,300 by the Italian league for making a vulgar gesture at Inter Milan fans while walking off the field after the 1-1 match on Sunday.
Inter supporters waved inflated bananas and whistled at Balotelli, who is a native of Ghana. Earlier in the match, Balotelli held a finger to his mouth toward Inter fans, signaling for quiet.

He was facing Inter for the first time since transferring from Manchester City to Milan last month.
Balotelli played for Inter from 2006-10. He already has four goals for Milan.
