Henry Sims and Hollis Thompson rounded out the Hoyas' quartet of double-digit scorers with 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Georgetown (21-6, 11-5 Big East) bounced back from an 18-point loss at Seton Hall on Tuesday by holding Villanova (11-17, 4-12) to its lowest offensive output this season.
Dominic Cheek posted a game-high 19 points, the only Wildcat to score more than eight points.
Villanova's leading scorer, Maalik Wayns, returned to the lineup after missing three straight games with a sprained left knee. The rust was evident, however. Wayns finished with just three points on 1-of-10 shooting.
