UFC 211 just continues to get bigger and bigger.

The latest addition to the card will feature Frankie Edgar returning to action against rising featherweight star Yair Rodriguez on May 13 in Dallas.

UFC officials announced the new pairing on Thursday.

Edgar will return to action off his win over Jeremy Stephens last November at UFC 205 in New York. Edgar has gone 6-1 over his past seven fights with his only loss coming to current featherweight champion Jose Aldo.

Edgar will now return against one of the top prospects in the UFC today.

Since winning his season of "The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America", Rodriguez has continued to impress while making a steady climb up the featherweight rankings.

Most recently, Rodriguez dispatched UFC Hall of Famer BJ Penn in easy fashion this past January to move his record to 10-1 overall and 6-0 inside the Octagon.

The fight between Edgar and Rodriguez joins a star-studded UFC 211 card headlined by heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic taking on Junior dos Santos as well as strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk putting her title on the line against Jessica Andrade.
