Calvin Johnson officially retired from the NFL at the age of 30 last week, after playing nine seasons with the Detroit Lions. The Lions drafted Johnson in the second pick in the 2007 draft, and he went on to make six Pro Bowl teams and lead the league in receiving yards twice. In Sunday's edition of the Detroit Free-Press, the Lions saluted Johnson with a simple yet powerful half-page ad.
