Clippers' bench sends Jazz to 6th straight preseason loss, 103-99

Darren Collison scored 14 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter and Blake Griffin had 15 points through the first three periods, helping the Los Angeles Clippers post a 103-99 preseason victory over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night.
Chris Paul, who had 40 points and 11 assists Saturday night in the Clippers' 118-111 overtime win over the Denver Nuggets at Las Vegas, played more than 12 scoreless minutes against the Jazz before ending the drought on a 3-pointer with 2:25 left in the first half. He finished with 14 points and 10 assists.
Jamal Crawford led the Clippers with 16 points.

Shooting guard J.J. Redick, who came to the Clippers from Milwaukee in a three-team trade with Phoenix on July 10, had 14 points in his preseason debut and played 19 minutes after sitting out the first five games because of a partial tear of his left quadriceps. The injury occurred the first day of training camp.
