Chargers get some great news on D.J. Fluker

Chargers fans held their collective breath when the cart came out for D.J. Fluker.

Their team could ill afford another big offensive line injury. It turns out they might not have to deal with one, according to NFL Media's Rand Getlin.

Fluker had his leg rolled up on in the third quarter. It didn't look pretty; third-quarter injury looked positively gruesome. He had to be helped up by left tackle King Dunlap and into the trainer's cart.

It's a huge break for the Chargers. Fluker's diagnosis is still up in the air -- especially if he suffered the dreaded "high ankle sprain" -- but it's less grim than originally anticipated.
