Canucks nab McMillan off waivers

Vancouver, BC (SportsNetwork.com) - The Vancouver Canucks have claimed forward Brandon McMillan off waivers, the team announced Thursday.
McMillan, a British Columbia native, was waived by the Arizona Coyotes on Wednesday following the club's successful claim of forward Mark Arcobello.
The 24-year-old appeared in 50 games for the Coyotes this season, recording one goal, two assists and 16 penalty minutes.

McMillan has 14 goals and 21 assists over 163 career NHL games with Anaheim and Arizona. He posted career bests of 11 goals and 21 points as a rookie with the Ducks in 2010-11.
