Bulls exercise contract options of Jimmy Butler, Marquis Teague

The Chicago Bulls exercised 2014-15 contract options Wednesday on guard/forward Jimmy Butler and guard Marquis Teague.

The Bulls exercised the fourth-year option for Butler and third-year option on Teague.

Butler had 20 points, five steals, three rebounds and three assists Tuesday night in Chicago's season-opening loss to Miami. He averaged 8.6 points and 4.0 rebounds in 82 games last season.

Teague averaged 2.1 pints in 48 games last season.
