The Toronto Blue Jays have had questions in the bullpen for quite some time. Particularly in the ninth inning.

This season, rookie Roberto Osuna has solidified that role for the team.

After breaking spring training as a member of the bullpen, Osuna was pushed back to the ninth inning after fellow rookie Miguel Castro and Brett Cecil failed to hold the role.

FOX Sports insider Jon Morosi thinks he's a candidate for AL Rookie of the Year.

Neftali Feliz was the last reliever in either league to win ROY which came in 2010 with the Texas Rangers.

On the season, Castro has 15 saves with a 1.91 ERA.
