Ajaccio completes deal for Zubar
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Ajaccio confirmed on Wednesday the club has completed the signing of defender Ronald Zubar from English Championship side Wolverhampton.
Zubar, who has experience in France's top flight having played more than 100 matches in Ligue 1 with Caen and Marseille, will look to help the club stay out of the relegation places. Ajaccio are currently 15th in Ligue 1, two points clear of the drop zone.
"It is now official that Ronald Zubar will join ACA tomorrow [January 31, 2013]," the club said in a statement on its official website. "The central defender, 27, spent the last three and a half years in England with Wolverhampton. He played more than 50 games in the Premier League."
