Masters champion Adam Scott and Jason Day will represent Australia in the World Cup of Golf in next month at Royal Melbourne.

Tournament officials announced the pairing Saturday.

"It will be a great week for Australian golf," said Scott, ranked No. 2 in the world.

Matt Kuchar and Gary Woodland will play for the United States in the Nov. 21-24 event that will feature individual, stroke-play competition with a team component — total scores of two-man teams.
