NBA All-Star and Philadelphia native Kyle Lowry has put his massive home in Villanova, PA, on the market for $1.8 million.
Built in 1980, the four-bedroom Colonial has been renovated with custom-made fireplaces (the one in the living room is gigantic) and cherry hardwood floors. The basement of the 7,623-square-foot house features a man cave, complete with a pool table, bar, media room, and gym.
The house sits on 2.2 acres of woodsy land, and the garden includes a swingset, a park bench, and a small fort. Another item sure to delight kids is the monster truck bed in one of the rooms.

These amenities for children aren't surprising. Aside from being one of the top point guards in the league last season, Lowry and his wife, Ayahna, run a charity that helps underprivileged youths in Toronto and Philadelphia.
Lowry's career has taken a turn for the better north of the border. Blossoming into an All-Star for the Toronto Raptors, the guard re-signed with the team in 2014 in a four-year contract worth $48 million.
